Produced by fellow East London native IZCO, the remix arrives 16th September, bringing two artists with deep roots in the same corner of London together for an end-of-summer dancefloor anthem. Their collaboration feels like a natural meeting of two distinct but connected musical worlds; Bel’s poetic, introspective songwriting meeting IZCO’s instinctive approach to rhythm, bass and the dancefloor.
On the remix, Bel says:

For IZCO, the collaboration has been a long time coming:
“I’ve always loved Bel’s music. We grew up in the same area, and it’s about time we had some music coming out together! Was super fun to make this remix and I’ve been loving playing it out, hope everyone can enjoy it too.”
The collaboration arrives at the end of a major summer for both artists. Bel and IZCO have each spent Summer ’26 taking their latest projects, ‘POWERSCROFT’ and ‘KIZZY’, to stages and dancefloors around the world.
The pair shared the bill at We Out Here and Worldwide Festival, alongside individual appearances at festivals and events in the UK and beyond. Both have made their mark across the festival circuit, establishing themselves as two of the most exciting artists to emerge from London’s rich musical ecosystem.
At the heart of Bel’s music is a desire to communicate, using songwriting as a space for introspection, connection and a challenge to the societal norms and political ideologies surrounding her.
Rooted in Hackney and shaped by grime, dub, soul and club culture, IZCO has built a sound that moves effortlessly between the underground and the dance.
Now, ‘Mind Iz A Dancer’ gives one of the standout tracks from KIZZY a new lease of life. With IZCO bringing his dancefloor instincts to Bel’s original, the remix is a meeting of old friends, shared roots and two artists pushing their respective sounds into new territory.
