DoomCannon expresses, “When creating the track I was inspired by galvanising songs like Kendrick Lamar’s ‘Mortal Man’ with a message prophesying an uprising of empowerment in the community. This really resonated with me as this was around the same time as the Black Lives Matter protests in the middle of the pandemic in 2020.”
